Mental Health
We are really proud of our mental health provision. All IBEX managers are trained to Level 3 in Managing Mental health at work. All of our team also received training on increasing mental health awareness and managing stress, and, we have mental health ambassadors at work too. But that’s not all, once a month the company invests in ‘Time to Pause’ – this is a paid hour where everyone stops working and pauses their life for an hour. We encourage our people to do something a little bit indulgent that they wouldn’t normally have time for.
