Paul leads the technical development at IBEX and has a strong experimental background, with experience in product development, project management and X-ray physics.

Neil takes primary executive responsibility for the operation of IBEX, and the development and execution of its long-term commercial and technology strategy.

Charles is the non-executive Chairman. He has held senior management positions within a number of quoted companies, most recently at Oxford instruments plc where he was responsible for group business development including M&A activities.
